Can help with some:

Standard fuel cap - $15
Manual pedal setup... clutch and brake pedal with associated parts - setup is in a WB ute. 6cyl. Its cable clutch though. $50. Doesnt come with cable or bellhousing.

Blocker is still interested in looking at the van. If it falls through I will let you know and maybe organise a chop of side panels etc.

Thanks Jason, I'll take the fuel cap for $15 and very interested in the side panels for around the price you suggested if you decide to wreck.
