being born in 1958 and being that my old man traded his cars everytime the god damn ashtray was full i used to love going to buy a new car with him...
back in the 60s n 70s you could order anything you wanted ..
you could order a delete stripe van and get aftermarket stripes like whats fitted in the pics...the dealers back then would do whatever you wanted...a lot of that sort of thing was aftermarket outsourced but classified as dealer fitted because they had all the books to show the punter right there n then..
just order n they ticked the boxes on the form or filled in the blanks at the bottom..
they were the days you could do anything at the dealers...
these days on ebay as a selling point they call it dealer fitted..
