    hq ewet

    hi does anyone have any information on the hq ewet or its sister car as i am trying to research it without much luck ?

    Yes. They were both L30 M41 HQ Kingswood utes. Both 1972 Dandenong build. The E'wet is well documented but the other car isn't. I have GMH letters for both cars.

    I also have a colour photo of the E'wet at the motor show it was first shown. Looks great in colour.

    i really like how the tailpipes drop down further and run wuth the line of the lower quarter panels..neat..:Chin:

    Its Ewe't, e'wet. A play on the word ewe (female sheep). Utes originally being a farmers vehicle.
    Actually, I dont think there should be an apostrophe in the word at all as its not shortened from a longer word anyway.
