So someone who knows Holden don't have a leg to stand on when it comes to stopping parts from being reproduced has taken over Jasons business, well done and prices are more reasonable also.
Jason was a fool to just shut up shop without fully looking into the legalities of part reproduction. Glad to see someone has taken it over though.

If he was going through the divorce at the same time then it was probably all too much at once. Don't want to be fighting an angry woman and an angry corporation at the same time.
I always found it strange that he didn't do specific colours to order. You had to wait till a run of that colour was done. Surely that would have cost him a few sales.
I reckon Jason did a great job and you have to remember it was a second job as he was working in a real day job at the same time. As for the reasons he gave it away no one but Jason knows the real reasons. As far as I know it's unreasonable to look over the fence and judge someone else's decisions based on hearsay.
James, Jason did a fantastic job and spent a lot of time and effort (and money I would say) making a nice little side business with a lot of potential for expansion. Whatever his reasons I still think it was foolish to throw up his hands and walk away from it after all that hard work.
Putting the business on hold until he sorted himself out may have been more prudent. I do however wish him the best in his future endeavors.

Grafixunlimited have actually been around for a long time, way before Jason started his business.
I would also highly recommend Andy from www.hqresto.com for any HQ related maters as well as other items as well.
If you were searching for HQ SS decals he is the man, as he is the person that people like graphix got the original measurements from to start with.
You could not come across a more helpful guy than Andy (other than Oz of course)
Cheers Paul.
I agree. Met him the other day at a swap meet at his setup stall. Brought a sticker for the air cleaner and a fuel line. Both were exceptional quality. Really nice and helpful bloke. You couldnt buy the pipe and ends for what he was charging, really reasonable.Originally Posted by hq ss;27898I would also highly recommend andy from [url

Was that him parked right next to the showground arena at Queanbeyan? Had a real workhorse looking white HQ van? I got a HZ grille off him, black paint flaking off, few little chips on the slats but the stainless was good and for $10 I couldn't leave it there. I nearly popped on his LS Monaro Fascia as mine has holes for switches and extra guages, but his had a couple of the really thin bits of woodgrain missing and I didn't really have money to throw around.
