Body change replacement of hole chassis and tags or a better way to look at is that it is a body change to that chassis and tags I wouldn't have problem with this and would not feel that I have done anything wrong.
But replacing a small section of chassis is consider rebirthing and I would think this would be illegal and I wouldn't be comfortable with this on a van that I paid a lot of money for
Also note that the tags aren't simply removed. The whole piece of metal around them has been cut out of the shell meaning that the tags retain the original rivets. If you were really handy with a welder you'd stitch the whole lot in and most people wouldn't even be suspicious cause it'd look like the tags had never been off the car.

he has a L32 atlantis blue HZ that was up for a rebody or some new sections at least.....
