The model's these day's have such great detail. I have Allan Moffat's mustang and a 1955 ford F100 both in 1:18, and other's in a smaller scale. It's just a collector thing I suppose, and it's fun.

"Proud To Be An Old Fart".
Obsession I would say! If you can’t have the real thing then this is the next best. Even then no model maker has done the Sandman HX Deauville blue penal van yet!

I have the Sea Witch in 1:43, Display box is damaged though. I'll only get a few models, one the same as my van and, if possible, a Barbados HQ van.
I did have about 85 trax models all 1/43 scale but sold them last year as times were tuff
only kept the 72 brock torana and the seawitch
i do have a 1/18 scale warick yellow monaro sitting in my study collecting dust
Not sure I like the sea witch. I bet people will be asking top dollar for them on eBay though.
Thought I would share some pictures of my collection, I also use to collect 1/43 Trax, V8 Supercars and Matchbox but made the decision to sell of those along with a lot of street version Biante cars, my them is mostly Bathurst winners, Brock Bathurst cars , Moffat, Johnson Bathurst and any other car that take my fancy HQ coupes, Sandmans, EHs etc. The two Moffat Falcons in the Perspex cases are 1/8 scale only 300 of each made
