    That plastic thing on the steering seems to be a random thing. My 83 wb had one and 84 does not. Maybe one was outback pack and one wasnt. Who knows.

    i thought it was a HX HZ WB thing , but then again most have fallen off by the time i get my hands on them...gotta get some parts books!
