unfortunately it is a fact that the collectible vehicle is tarnished..

example..i owned a very rare and desireable black 4 speed vc brock commodore..had its correct tags..had its correct trim and wheels and numbered steering wheel .. but what it did have was police numbers on both engine and chassis...it was an absolute bitch to sell..half the price of what the market was because of police numbers..
as far as die hard brock owners were concerned it wasnt a brock.same thing with any collectible vehicle any where in the world.
