How close does the top of your air cleaner come to the support brace on your bonnet?
I have the same and it looks to be VERY close.

Yeah it's pretty close. It had a bit of modification under the cleaner to lower the height.

Rob's yellow HJ is beautiful! Shame there weren't more fine examples of Sandmans. Hopefully next year will tell a different tale... :D

Lets hope next year brings a few more Sandman projects out of the shed's.
I'm sure that with the way this forum has progressed, there should be heaps more there in 2011. :D

No problems HJSandman! I hope so too. I'm looking forward to having my HJ bought back to showroom condition sometime in the near future. I can't be certain it will be complete by next year though. I have an early Bedford Coupe Ute project up my sleeve first. . . haha ;)
