    Well it won't be his then, as it wouldn't have gone that far away....
    HZ Jasmine Yellow Windowless Sandman, now being driven everywhere and is finished!
    HZ Madeira Red Windowless sandman now Sold to Bigrob
    HX Mandarin Red Sandman Ute finished, and club registered
    1979 HZ malachite windowless van with 308 5spd, all chromed up and shiny finished and named "The Player"

    do you know the people who owned it, they may know where the tags are...or the history...yes poor old girl...HQ panel vans are a rare commodity....

    got left in a yard in the 80's someone jumped the fence took the plates in 90's sometime and also stole the blokes gtr tags to

    i hate f wits that do this stuff .

    I doubt it has ever been a Sandman. It has no black outs along the the sills and rear beaver and no sign of them ever being blacked out. Weight printed on side is more a commercial thing and unlikely to be found on a Sandman. Been done up at some stage to look like a Sandman.

    Agree...and the "Sandman" sticker on the side is mounted way too high ( according to the instructions I have for mine)....looks like and add on.

    It makes no difference if it is or isn't, tags are gone.
