Broken Seat

I was given a pair of bucket seats to replace the commodore ones in my HQ, but the drivers side is broken at the hinge point where it reclines. Just wondering if this is an easy fix and who would I see to have it done? I'm tipping it's a broken support, but not sure?
They're to be retrimmed in the next few weeks, do I grab another or fix this one?
