What are these numbers- black hq dashpad

hi all was checking a few of my good dashes in the shed, make sure the still ok, and i was looking at my factory black Q dashpad, came out of my grandfathers hq kingswood ute, and theres some letters and numbers and im not sure what they are?? heres some pics


theres a little green R, on the far left of the pic

and just part numbers

more than likely they will be quality control markings..a number for the batch and the examiners initials maybe..last one is the part number.

what about the one molded behind the spot for the 2nd vent?
