This includes phone, music, video etc. Even the cheap units you see on Ebay that are low cost/quality versions of the Eclipse unit do the same/similar thing. So you can make calls (shared contacts), listen to music, play movies etc all from the touch screen.
Same with a lot of the Pioneer ones. The Tarago we bought had a Pioneer AVH 3250BT already installed, and I was suprised when I found out that they're only about $800 retail (as long as you don't get the GPS module which is an extra $1000.) That gives you DVD, USB and SD card playback of music and movies, Bluetooth and full iPhone/iPod control through either USB or Bluetooth. Fantastic little brand name unit. I've added another handheld screen with headphone jack to the DVD output and a pair of ebay headrest monitors with their own DVD/SD/USB players and wireless headphones. On a long trip the kids can watch the same or different movies, the passenger can watch their own (something that's not Wiggles or Roary) and the driver can still listen to the radio or ipod through the speakers. It's all a bit antisocial but driving to Albury there's nothing to really see on the highway any more and the screens make the trip go really quick for everyone.
