    air cond

I would like to fit air cond but dont want to mount the compressor up high as per factory. i have a bracket to mount it low but was also thinking of putting the alternator on the right like the torana v8s but before i go and buy a bracket i would like to know if anyone has ever done it and are there any clearance issues i dont have a motor in my car so it is a bit hard to measure but looking at it the steering box might be in the way.

You can fit a steering rack conversion and mount the compressor using a VN-VS bracket.

If you fit the VN - VS mounting bracket, you'll also have to fit an electric fuel pump won't you because of the original fuel pump location???

That may be correct Agro. No big issue though.
