once youve done a bit of filler over your repair id just cut a fine line in the bog with a grinder, then squirt on a bit of primer.
trust me it almost looks factory

I have an HZ ute bodyshell that has had all it's rust "repaired" the quarter panel above the sills has been fully welded with all the rust cut out but is so wrinkly they have covered the whole area with bog. I ground it back to bare metal but I think it will just get re-bogged and painted. The fuel filler hole has been plated over and the rear wall of the cab has been modified. Its all good though as I plan to do the same as Alien and make it into a Sandman Trailer
HQ Glacier White Belmont Ute
Wanted Lanspeed accessories for Holden Grey engines, twin carb manifolds, extractors, rocker cover, 3 speed floor shift.
Completed the weld repair this afternoon took a couple of hours but was to hot both in the weld and the shed to finish.Happy that I adjusted the repair, ,don't like doings things twice but worth the effort I think

That a boy, It's now some thing you will always look at and remember the day you DID IT instead of the week you DIDN'T.
