    Mmmm Shiny, new headlight surrounds

Got my new headlight surrounds today, very pleased bought them off ebay for 110 delivered, old mate reckon they were rechromed originals, but i think there rechomed rares, there alot heavyier than originals and sound different, if you know what i mean, anyway doesnt matter, will look good

myles,if they are the aftermarket ones they have one very sharp corner and will not look anything like the originals..so if they dont have a sharp corner and look like an origainal but chrome you will be right...the aftermarket ones rust very quickly if not cared for..

cheers ill have a look, i was looking at the back and the corners, look different, original is a smooth curve, other is in sections, ill take a photo tonight after work, i just think there too heavy to be genuine, whats the best way to stop them rusting??? wipe the water off?
