Yeah chassis are being powder coated left right an centre! Like I said it's the most durable finish, if it's done properly! So why wouldn't you! Yeah it would destroy filler. Has to be cures in a 200 degree oven so anything that melts has to be removed! It is harder to repair, ur right. But! It's easy enuff to take of a panel I figure so could just remove what needs to b repaired and painted and bobs ur uncle! We've done a few nas cars and racing frames etc. and we do bike frames nearly everyday! Love the candy colours! Full sandman in candy purple? Oh my! If I can find what I'm after I'm definitely going to powder coat it! And I'll definitely put up pics when it's done! Got a friend who is an amazing air brushed to.... opportunities are endless!! Chrome sandman would be sweet! Probably dangerous to lol. Would b soooooooooo bright!
