If you heat it to 200deg you'll destroy all the seam sealer in the body, and melt the sealer where the panels are adjacent to each other creating moisture traps and rust soon after. I'm not sure what temperature body solder melts at either or if its bond to the steel or behaviour would change at 200degC, would probably distort under the powder coat as it cooled at a different rate to the body steel.
