I'd buy a V2 CV8 like mine, and put the original wheels away, they are still pretty good value. I saw a Devil yellow manual one a while back with 18,000kM on it and it looked as new but had a HBD rear spolier so I walked away from it, was only $25,000. I didn't like the first CV8-R due to the ugly trim. I could have had one of the second type CV8-R's new really cheap (like $42k) when I bought mine but I wasn't all that fond of it. We didn't buy a VZ new when we got ours as the boot is useless. Ours is a great car, they drive like a go-kart and the dash is quite nice. Never uses oil and is pretty economical.
