Vehicle insurance - Which company do you use?

Lumleys quote for my WB - $9000 cover for $431 premium ($250 excess, $500 theft excess) on Daily drive.

A year on, time for insurance renewal.

Have been with Lumleys on agreed value of $9000 on my daily drive WB van (see above price for 2011-2012).

For 2012-2013 they will only do value of $8000 daily drive for about $450 premium. Had to supply photos. Weren't satisfied the engine bay was good enough to get $9000 value.

Got quote for Shannons $9000 agreed daily drive and it was $589.

Why so much with both insurance companys
i have 2 gtr toranas and 09 mazda bt 50 with shannons all up for $1200.00 for a whole year
toranas insured for 35k mazda for 38k
they were the cheapest out of everybody
