I'm in the same boat as blocker.
I have been looking on ebay and have found that there is a business in Adelaide that does restored original BOSH Alternators and Starters.
I would love to go and have a look at the quality of these items. I'm sure that they would work perfectly, the Finish would be my main concern.
If any one can add to this thread with recommendations to size of Alternators/Battery + sound systems that would be great.
