Paint required

Any chance the painter still has the one he used? Spray painter in the panelshop I used to work at kept a diary with every batch he mixed, date and car type/rego. He had about 10 years worth of diary's on the shelf and give him the month the car was painted he could find the formula used in a couple of minutes.
I know that different batches of the same tinters can be marginally different over the years but at least there's a good starting point.

Ian, Distinctive Paints on Old Geelong Rd. Hoppers Crossing is about the best paint mixer I have found in Melbourne. Allison isn't bad at it but for the van you want to talk to Bill, he will take the time to get a perfect match in whatever type of paint you want. Definitely recommend them.

thanks Sean, ended up getting some from Ringwood (little closer to me) Went Acrylic as well as the bloke doing the spraying preferred it. Got a couple of litres which is probably way too much but always good to have some spare.
