    Hi Tup39

    I am in the process of doing inner sills on HJ Holden sedan. I am wondering how you did these. As it looks like you just put a straight panel on yours where as factory had an angled sill. Also was the sill completely unpicked or did you cut it out please?

    Got me thinking now,I did drill out all the spot welds and replaced inner sills with some flat sheet metal bent up to suit,but fitted same angle as original if that makes sense.

    What did you paint your chassis with, where did you get your front end kit from and are you happy with it?

    Chassis I sandblasted and painted with a industrial chassis paint which turned out Pretty good,as for front end kit just picked up bits and pieces as I went along


    As for the front left guard Agr071. I have learnt how to panel beat it back into shape will post pic of it and more soon.
