    Down the bottom of the brake shoe assembly there is the adjusting bolt thingy that adjusts into itself by turning like a bolt. Turn it using a screw driver in the grooves or a set of stilsens if its tight, to shorten it up. This will make the shoes come closer together because of the spring giving more clearance for the drum to fit over.

    i did that when i put the shoes in back that all the way off
