A few months back I was on the back road between the Toronto F3 freeway exit, and Kurri Kurri. There was a car off the side in a deep ditch - all I spotted was a glimpse of the roof. I stopped & turned around for a look, but there was nobody in it. Looking around, the grass that would have been flattened by the path of the car was almost upright, like it had recovered, and the car had been there for quite some time.

When I got to where I was going (an Engineering place) I told them about it, and one of the guys told me it had been there for weeks, and he simply assumed it was either stolen & dumped, or crashed, and the owner didn't have the money for a tow.

It makes me think how many people on that road will now assume a car has simply been dumped, and won't stop.

nut - was in middle of freeway not best place to leave a dumped car lol, the way the insurance company helped me on the day, i felt like leaving it there, you know im a caring guy and a call yesterday would have been nice to see how i was

You know they may have a large number of customers and accidnets but honestly a call with a update or see how i was would have made it better

I am with Shannons and the treatment i get when claming I am rethinking it, I have 8 cars with them and the house, time to re shop soon I think

House for sure they dont cover retaining walls and now my yard is built correct and has walls both side and acrosss back thats a big amount of money uncovered by insuarance
