I HATED my inground pool, and I didn't pay for it (I bought the house with it). It was the bane of my existence, forever cleaning the damn thing. If there are trees withing 2 x houses don't do it. They cost a fortune and limit the selling audience for your house when you sell it. The only one i'd ever have now is an indoor pool.
