Panel Van has yellow needle GTS dash, Center console and full length head lining.

The van sounds like a good project, the only thing I find unusual is that it would have originally come with a white needle GTS dash...others will enlighten you when they read this thread though.

Full length headlining, console and that driveline suggests it is. I'd be about 99% confident.
