    Have to agree. XC especially 4 door Fairmont has to be the ugliest car ever conceived.

    Never had a problem with the appearance of the XC model. My father bought a new well optioned fairmont in 77, then my brother had a falcon built to his specification's a few month's later, both sedan's. Mechanically they were fine, it was just that they leaked like a seive amongst many other issue's they had.
