Ahh yes......Back when I worked in busy workshops with a lot of pressure, we came up with the PPM index.(profanities per minute) It was used to describe the degree of difficulty according to the mechanic's skill level for each repair job. Real hard, dirty jobs usually had a high PPM, while routine service work had a low index. Factor in hang-over or weather related temperature adjustments and any other condition that can affect the task. It did lighten the arduous afternoons sometimes.
