Yes you can. Just go to an exhaust shop that has an old guy that worked on exhausts in the 80's and they'll make you one. To make it look factory a factory dual exhaust 4 door has the same bracket that the exhaust hangs off on the driver's side replicated on the passenger side. They are on the body member forward of the diff. Factory installed ones were welded on but dealer fitted passenger side ones were bolted on. Just get up underneath and you'll see the bracket I mean.
Having said all that, i'd just fit a single 2.5" system. That is what i'm doing with my HJ Premier. Looks more original and sounds better too.
