That isn't a bad effort for an (obviously) bent, or at least out of shape wheel.... Deadset dreamer.
That engine in that ute however is worth between $15-18 grand if (and a big IF there) it has been built properly. Brings the $20K he's looking for the rest of it into perspective.... A lot of machine work and built-in strength goes into a decent blown engine.
I get the feeling we might look back in a couple of years and remark how the cheap good stuff ran out at the end of 2011..... Dunno. Still kicking myself about a HT Munro I had to knock back (for almost pocket change) just over 12 years ago as I had nowhere to store it in NSW while I went off to work in the Kimberley's in WA.
Back on topic, that bloke trying to flog the original handbrake cover on ebay for $199 is "trying hard"....
