We've got this sitting in mums garage...... bought brand new in 1971 by dad and was his daily driver until 2007 when he died. Yes, this car is in completely original condition.

Nothing better that a one owner car in the family. Makes your appreciate it much more being it was your old mans. I have a bloke I know that used to be a next door neighbor when I was on our cereal crop farm. He used to drive is brough brand new Red HQ 2 GTS door past every day to go pick up his milk and paper. The bloke is still kicking and every time I see him I keep asking if he has it. Saw him yesterday and I asked him again. He said the amount of people that ask if its for sale is crazy. But he keeps telling them he already has a buyer (me) haha. Ive had dibs on it since I was about 10. Just wondering if I can afford to buy it now that pices have gone the way they have! haha......

that is so cool.....you lucky guy I used to go to the drive in in those as well......wish i had something like that sitting in my fathers garage, sadly it is just an ugly fairlane, and an equally ugly toyota camray...my kids on the other hand will have so many toys to fight over when we are gone
