The motors kept going slow upwards.
Pain when you turn ignition off only to find out a window was down.
Quicker to wind down window to talk to people.Quicker to put up when it rains.

Just to name a few.
When i installed mine, i put the switches where the winder handle would come out, so i wasn't cutting extra holes.
It ended up taking me about 1/2 hr to swap from electric to manual mechanism's.
