i was at motorvation and saw a neat HZ sandman van dark blue, anyone know him?

was it windsor blue? with buckskin trim? factory 253 4 sp? a 9.5/10 condition? if thats the one i saw it 4 years ago at GM day... guys name is James...

i didnt get up real glose but looked good on the outside, windowless, black trimmed in the back, made up redish door trims and a mysandman sticker inside the back
