Good choice @Blocker. The missus got me one of those a couple of christmas' ago. Like you said, programming was a bit of a pain (especially the Transact set top box) but once I figured it all out then it's magic to use. The little fella has been using it since he was 4 so he can turn on cartoons when it's too early for us to get out of bed, and even the 20 month old is getting a bit too smart with it.
The Samsung galaxy mobile is a good choice. Feel really light though doesn't it?

No we are not sponsored by Samsung, Son Ericsson, apple, HTC or anyone.
I haven't tried sending movies from my Motorola xoom to tv via wireless I can do it hdmi though.
I mainly use the tablet to stream from my media server. I'm looking at a galaxy tablet or acer.
whats the best case to get for it, i was thinking leather flip cover to protect the screen, but i had one before and was sandblasting and bits of sand got between the screen and the cover and scratched it, is there any point getting a cover for just the back??
It's easy to be a follower but sadly I have to admit, I'm onto my third iPhone and despite the odd issue, can't see myself trading it in anytime soon.
V6HQUTE, I find the best are the silicone cases that cover the back and just wrap around the front edge. Protects the screen but you donnt have to worry about annoying folding covers and stuff. Just pull it out and use it :eek-new:
