    Elec dizzy change over HQ 308

    Do you need to change the ignition wire as i'm told it's 9v reduced and will need constant 12v for new elec dizzy also anyone got colour Engine diagram for HQ 308 engine bay

    Leave the original style coil on and run another 12V wire to the dissy.
    Easy as that.

    I just got mine changed over and its the best thing i did, runs way better!!!! electronic is way to go.

    It is even easier than Agro says. Just bridge the start and run wires at the ignition switch. This gives you constant 12V at the coil.

    thanks guys should be painted next Saturday then fire it up on Sunday
