Commodore immobiliser?

Hi all.

Firstly I'm not a car theif.

I have been given a h/o/s commodore, not sure what year model yet but I think around 2000.
It is a recovered abandoned car without keys etc and will be turned into kind of a race car.
Me and a bloke down the road intend on grading a copy of the top gear test track and racing each other.
He has a falcon so it's important, no vital that I win.
Anyway I was hoping someone could help me with an immobiliser bypass. I've been reading about pink wires and hidden switches but was hoping someone here might be able to tell me a real way to get it going.
I don't expect / want the solution posted on the forum but I would be gratefull for a PM.
Hopefully I'm not breaking any rules, let me know if I am.
Car is coming next week hopefully so I'll have to wait if further details are needed.
Oh year and I intend on fitting it out with packing box body kit and then turning it into a packing box copy of the batmobile to drive to our cricket match.
No I'm not drunk, will post photos when done if it comes off.

Anything after 1993 can't be easily bypassed.
Wait until you get it - what it is (model + engine) will depend on how easy it is to modify it to remove the immobiliser.
