This is a good point!!
NOTHING against Jason and his quality, but if it's only a copy why not use the Tassie ones?
My old HJ would have had Jason's for sure. (but i had some originals for it anyway)

To throw another seller into the equation I bought a set of screen printed ones of a site called Grafix Unlimited, I also bought these after Jason had downed tools, I havent put them on the van as yet as resto still ongoing, I found the guy very helpful and friendly, think he charges about $380 for a HZ set not sure what prices the others sell for?

Grafix is the manufacture of my stripes. Myself and Grafix worked together to get them to where they are today. A very higqualityty exactly as original product. There has been thousands spent in setting these up and on samples.

Grafix did start to supply them when I stopped. (due to personal reasons) I am since all well again and the sandman stripes are only available through me. Grafix do not sell them to the public at all. For the simple reasons of not knowing the product well enough to sell them correctly and also due to respect and agreement we have from the work and marketing I have done for them.

If you do need a set. And you do contact Grafix you wiforwardedwarded onto me. I'mhj308 Im glad he was able to stquality quility stripes while I was off in my own little world trying to sort out some personal issues. I know when I stopped the amount of phone calls I got with people saying please help me was amazing.

Cheers for the support from the past guys on here. Aforwardook foward to being able qualityly quility stripes to all the guys and gals still in the middle of their build!

Jason.

i have a sandman here with faded original paint, no stickers, and was wondering if the cheap ones would fade faster... the more faded the better in this instance as thats the look of the car...make it look authentic.

The one's on the wagon are from Tassy (bought on ebay). The guy who fitted them for me, a mate of my dads who has been in the business for 40 years was not happy with them. He had to mask them to ensure they fitted properly without any stretch and he said they weren't covered with clear film and i need to be very carefull around petrol and solvents because the screen print wasn't protected. He said i would be lucky to get 5 years out of them without serious fading.

I bought Jason's decals too and they now sit on my sandman with pride. The colours are crisp and clean.
I did however when Jason had to have a bit of a break buy some of the Tassie stripes just in case. The colours were simular, but not quite as vivid and crisp on the Tassie ones and even though kept in a dark room flat I noticed some browning on the edges of the stickers. Not to say that this would show up when they were put on, I just felt more confident with Jason's ones when you put the two side by side. The other ones will be kept and will either go onto a mock up (when ever I get time/permission). or they will become a feature in the one day bar!!

I am going to visit jaft soon to have a look in at his van. Can't wait to see the stripes (not stickthis or tassie) I have seen Stickthis's stripes on a few vans now and am really interested to see how they stack up against jaft's. I'll Take some photos of each to post up for comparison.
