Is most likely a Sandman. But Geez, if it is, a black/black L31 M41 GU7 HJ Sandman. It doesn't get much better than that. It most likely has air and steer with LSD as well. Being late HJ it'll unfortunately have a black fascia, but it'd have been an awesome sight when new. It is the sort of thing that would sway me to a van away from a ute!
Tyre placard won't help with a HJ.
