The Panno is waiting patiently for a good buff and shine. It's been a year since it got the works. Rego just around the corner and a few car shows coming up so I wouldnt mind repairing a couple of annoying little rust bubbles as well. Other than that it takes it's turn in running me into town a few times a week and at the moment it seems like there is a massive thunderstorm very time I do, poor old bus.

    Hi.
In the Holden shed, their been a lot of buying of parts.
HQ sandman van, I now have the bucket seats and bonnet.
now have all the core parts, so this ready for the rebuild.
Hx/hq sandman van, I have been trying to find another body
in the correct build date, no luck. Decided to combine all the
things I like from hq/hx/hz and extras. Picked up a hz body no
windows and chassis, this will give the good handling, use the
hx black interior, will change the front cowl panel to hq and fit
single head light front with gts guards.Paint colour will be
hq blackwatch green met with hq sandman decals and going
to love fitting this, 350 decals to the front guards, turbo 700
and lsd disc brake diff, just gear box and diff to go.
Hj van, this will have twin head light front and gts guards, with
black interior, paint will be contessa gold met. 454,turbo 350
and 9' inch. lowered a lot, so I can fit my low75 number plates.
just engine block and gearbox to go.

For my panelvan, I am currently stripping down and cleaning the shell. But unfortunately it has the two side windows. I am doing this so that I can remove it off the chassis. Then I plan to clean and rebuild the chassis before attacking the body work. This is going to be a long term project.

When I purchased my van, the previous owner had stripped of all the seats, dash, console back in the days and put them into a ute. Hence, I have to collect these parts through time plus other bits and pieces that were not with it.

I have since purchased two more panelvans for parts. Again both unfortunately have side windows.

still squirrelling bits n pieces ready for commencement of resto work...as well as setting up my shed so that I can be well organised and efficient. Aztec trim is proving to be a hard case to find some one to re-pro or find some good seats with it. I have uncovered hen's teeth and rocking horse poo during that quest though.....
