That is not actually 100% correct. Whilst there were no Premier plated or badged vans, you could buy a BO6 special vehicle package in HJ-HZ that got you a full Premier front and Premier door trims and armrests. It was available on at least HJ-HZ Holden van and tonner and HX Kingswood van. Not sure on HZ Kingswood van. BO6 didn't get you other Premier options like the seats and dash, but most BO6 I have seen had U17 instruments and whatever fascia was standard with the sports dash on the model of the van/tonner (eg silver on early HJ, black on later HJ etc).
