Got my HZ Sandman ute in Jasmin Yellow last week. I got the last one in the shop (he had 5) but there are tons on Ebay at retail price. The Mandarin HX vans are due out next month and there appears to be a Mint Julep HX Van being released toward the end of the year as well.

Very well built. Better finish on small parts than the Classic Carlectables HX LE and HZ GTS.

They retail for around $215. You'll often find most models will be around the same price when released. Ebay sometimes has a few slightly cheaper at $195 but by the time you pay postage it's close to retail anyway. I prefer to support the local guy and just pay what he's asking. He;s always fair and reasonable and really knows his stuff.
I think all the Sandmans are limited to 2304 units per colour. Hard to say how quickly they'll sell.

Just picked up my 1/18 model of the Biante HX Holden Sandman this arvo, they only produced 2802 of them and my dealer only got 6 and has one left. If anyone out their wants one and has trouble getting hold of one over the next few days let me know and and could get you one for $210 plus reg postage to where ever you live approx $15 dollars. My mobile is 0431 231 593 I am sure they will float up on ebay over the next few days so you will get one just depends on the price, but dont leave it to long if you want me to grab the spare on from my dealer. The details on the van are excellent and when I picked it up he told me one of his customers has the exact same colour/sandman and also either a A9X or SLR/5000 Torana which he is thinking of selling may try and get his number and see if any chance of him selling the HX.

the 1:18 HX vans are on e-bay alraedy $225 buy it now & highest bidder, I have one on pre order, but will be trying to get another cheaper on e-bay. I bought the HZ ute on e-bay last week.
