I know some Holdens went to N.Z but I found a movie filmed entirely in Thailand in 2003. In the background appears this Holden panelvan and earlier an HQ (unknown if the HQ is a sedan or other).
Because it's in the background it's impossible to get a good look at it. The side windows look pretty bad... There are some other shots of it, but never a full still.
