HZ Van, registered!!!! Woo hoo let the cruising begin! ;)

    Hi guys,

Just thought that I would update every one. I just bought a HZ van (not a sandy) but a good buy I think, it's a HZ with a WB front and tail lights but most importantly it apparently is registered with a 400 chevy!! Woo sound like a pg13 load of fun ;).

It was sold to fund a funeral for a deceased estate and the bloke sold it to me in Nyngan. I will park my van and attempt to do most of the work myself with the help of you and V6HQute ;).

The chev was rebuilt less than 5k ago with papers. It's running a little rough but I will have that fixed in the next week or so. Tomorrow I will be flushing and changing the fluids. I also want to clean the fuel tank. I have been told that if I drop it and put some pebbles and diesel in it it will clean it well enough?

I also would like to make sure all the gushes are working properly, how can I do that??

Is there anything that I have missed? Or I should do?

P.s. Trying to sort out pics for you guys...

I think that it's a standard WB front.

If the lines are the same does that mean all I need is the front panel (lights and other bits)?

Ha ha thanks, I think that it is really lacking in power. It sounds very strong but doesn't light up like I would expect... Any ideas?

My thoughts are the carby needs a tune up and the turbo 400 needs a service.
