HJ Help again please

Its a Hj ute 75 built, I think the 3rd month,gts dash,bucket seats gts wheel,arm rests on doors.

Could be. Impossible to tell from ID. Factory console should give it away.

Has factory console as far as I can tell what factory is and has white needle gts dash.
Body no is 504123 or 504129 but cant make out the last number or digit.
All the interior is matching in color dash ,Console etc.

Cottilion White with Slate Black trim. Pretty cool combination if it is one. What Engine/Box, 308/4 speed?

It will be 308 M21 given the T in the VIN and the 3.36 rear axle.

So is there anything else to help me identify if this is a sandman. I could probably get chassis numbers but the guy who owns it has no real idea about cars in general and I don't want to go setting off alarm bells if you know what I mean.

On a HJ Kingswood XX7 the console is the only way to pick it, apart from looking for evidence of original side rub strips. These were held on by clips on posts in most places but the ends of most of the strips had a big hole behind them and a screw from behind. This applies to the doors, one end of the guards and from memory each end of the tailgate strip. I don't think the quarter strips had holes, just posts.

Would the tire placard from the glove box reveal anything?

No. Tyres are irrelevant to Sandman until 10/75.

But didn't HJ Sandmans pre late 75 carry on the HQ trye placard, which was only a Sandman thing.
