Can anyone supply me with a picture of the wording and the size (in MM) of the CAUTION sticker on the barrel jack?

Its a white sticker with orange / red text

It has 11 dot points, level ground etc and the label number is +96

Whoever helps with a pic and size has the option if they want one mailed to them free of charge when I make them. Rares dont do these and I need one and im lucky enough to have the equipment to do a professional job
