Thanks for your feedback on this and I would like to just clarify some points.

1. A slow internet connection will cause problems for people browsing our web page and forums. However out of our total hits to our website so far which is 2.2million, only 1.4% are using a dial up service. This indicates to me that the majority of our visitors wont be disadvantaged, because they are on ADSL or Cable.

2. Finally having a slow or old computer may limit your experience on any website, not just mysandman.com.au.
I have checked our visitor stats and all Windows users are running Windows 2000 or above, which indicate to me that most if not all visitors are able to view the pages without problems.

If you are having problems visiting the site I suggest upgrading your browser software and latest drivers for your computer.
