Are HX and HZ RTS A-arms the same?

    Hey all,

I previously rebuilt the front end in my Aquarius HX van with new bushes, ball joints and what not. Now that I have the HZ x WB I want to know if there will be any problems in swapping the parts over?

I plan on doing this on Thursday before our first trip back to Sydney should make for a smoother ride, fingers crossed.

    Cheers

HQ-WB wishbones are basically the same. The shocky hole got bigger in later generations to allow for larger shocks and the bushes changed specification along the way. However the basic control arms remained the same.

As suggested by you we bought some HZ strengthening arms which were fitted to HZ-WB as part of the RTS update, to go on the HX ute so now it has a much stronger front end, as we have already welded up the cracked chassis

yeah its a bit rough but its better than nothing if you want to get it recovered it does matter what it looks like theres no point buying a expensive unripped seat when you can by a cheap on and recover it, im hopefully going to gurie this arvo to drop my seat frames off at the trimmer she could give you a quote to compare others when the you start the interior
