Get on Wikipedia. There are hundreds of gambling games that have cool names. Stick with the theme.

I don't have a problem with gambler, the red one is definitely gamblr so different, and in any case, is it copyright? Fair dinkum. Rod and Jen came up with it themselves, they're not copycats.

It's not a matter of copyright it's more of a respect matter , John has had the red van for quite some time,
How would you like it if somebody started calling themselves Sandaro or Sandero ,Especially after putting in the hard yards yourself.
I don't doubt that Rod & Jen came up with the name of there own accord.
