NSW all Holden day 2012: 5th Aug

Hey guys im hoping to have my van ready for the AHD what do i need to do to have my van with all of you, i have been before but as a single entry, looking forward to seeing all of you and your cars in person

So it is confirmed that if you put NSW vans on your entry we will be put together as there will be a site allotted for us. The best place, closest and most secure motel to stay at is the The hawkesbury race club motel Clarendon which is across the road from where the AHD is held in fact walking distance. There are garages available as extra, but you get a covered carport near your room anyway. PM me if you would like any more info. We are staying 3 nights. Would be advisable to book sooner rather than later to reserve your room, as there are a lot of inter state people who stay there with their Holden's as well.

Can I get a meeting location (address) and time.
"NSW Vans" will be on my entry.

Hi [MENTION=683]chrisp[/MENTION] not sure what you mean by location and time? But you just get to the showground and join the ques until you get in and then tell the stewards that you are with "NSW Vans" and they will direct you to the area to park. Time is from 6am on - normally around 7:30 to 8am most arrive.

Swap meet is on both Saturday and Sunday starting at 6am
Entry Fee up to 15th June is $45
Entry Fee from 18/6 to 8/7 is $50 (Ed. not sure what happens for the two days inbetween 15/18 )
Entry after this, including on the day is $50 (but no goodie bag)

Yes we know, early meet up chat for two hours, look at vans drink coffee then off we go. Most of us are staying at Racecourse motor in, so pull in there if you want around 7.30 and you can drive in with us. Ring me if you want I will PM my mobile.
